After I changed clothes from my church dress clothes into my jeans and a T-shirt, I discovered something interesting. Apparently, if you didn't know, "Ball" is spelled "B-Y-U". I know because Logan pointed to my BYU Cougars shirt where the big "BYU" letters were printed and said, "BALL!". It took me a second to figure out where he had made the connection. He has a basket ball from BYU with the exact same letters on it. He knew it was called ball and I guess he just figured it would have its name written on it, "B-Y-U", meaning, "Ball".
So, even though he may have been a little confused, we're tripping over ourselves with joy that he made the connection at all! He's only 17 months old and already "reading"! Somebody call Guiness. j/k
