Happy 7th Birthday Ash! My cute niece (Noah & Anissa's oldest) turns 7 today. We're heading over to Brentwood this afternoon to attend her birthday dinner and visit for the evening. Tomorrow she is having her High School Musical birthday party with her friends!
Kurt and I actually got engaged on Valentines Day 2001, just 14 days after Ashlyn was born. The weekend after we were engaged we drove out to California (from BYU) to attend her baby blessing and so Kurt could actually meet my family. YES, we were engaged before Kurt actually met my family. I guess my mom had lots of faith in who I'd choose to marry. :)
