Logan's ACTUAL 3rd Birthday (September 14th)

Logan's CARS birthday party was planned for Wednesday, September 16th (my dad's birthday), but because I am a firm believer in actually celebrating on your real birthday too I guess Logan had 2 parties.

First thing in the morning Kurt woke up Logan to open his "big" present.


His 1st tricycle! He LOVED it. Yes, he did have a two-wheeler with training wheels but he fell a few times and refused to ride it again....so we sold it at our garage sale. I fear he has my extremely cautious side...he takes forever to do most adventurous things.

After Kurt got home from work we headed to a park down the street for a BBQ. We also invited my friend Tanya and her girls to come along. Logan opened up his mom/dad and grandma/grandpa presents.

The day before Logan's birthday was our Stake Conference...someone in our stake owns/works for a local Safeway so at almost every conference they bring carloads of day old bakery goods. I picked up this cute alligator cake for his actual birthday...so I didn't have to bake anything. :)
