So tonight I hosted a Clothing & Accessory Exchange at my house. We had a lot of fun! The girls that came brought clothes that they were sick of wearing or just didn't fit them right anymore. (Note: We specifically said to bring wearable clothes, not DI specials) Some clothes came with tags still on them! They were great deals, but just weren't the right colors for them generally.
My friend Ricelli also gave everyone a free color analysis--which means, based on your skin tones, hair color, etc. the colors you should be wearing. I learned I'm supposed to stick to muted pastel colors. No more black clothes or silver jewelry for me :(.... If you want to buy me something--light pink, lavendar, khaki, and gray are "my colors".
Ricelli actually has started her own business (she studied this stuff at school). For $100/hr she takes you into this store, tries on different makeup colors and clothing choices to find the right colors for you. She said she'd hook us up with a discount and I totally want to do it because I know NOTHING about makeup.

OOh, sounds like a fun party, you were always great at hosting that kind of stuff. It doesn't suprise me at all that you would have a clothing exchange party.
Actually it was my friend Ricelli's idea! But she lives with her inlaws and didn't really want to throw a party there. It was a lot of fun though!
