So, as of today Logan knows ALL of his "capital" letters! There are a couple that he still goofs on, but 24 of 26 letters is still dang good for a 23 month old!Lately, his favorite book is Dr. Seuss' ABC book. Although, he pretty much reads them to us instead of the other way around.
We just can't believe he has picked up on them so fast! Since he first starting taking baths in the bathtub, one of his favorite toys has always been the foam letters that stick to the walls. Most nights Kurt says the letter's name and sound and Logan repeats. And then last Christmas we bought him Leapfrog's Fridge Phonics. He first played with it at my sister and brother's houses and loved it...so we decided that he needed one too. :)
We haven't practiced the lowercase letters...so I guess that's next! I'm guessing he'll end up being a linguist like his dad. :) Maybe Kelsie will get my math skills?
Lest, you think our child is a genius (...well, he is pretty smart), we have a long ways to go on his colors and numbers. He knows most of the words, but it's luck if he matches them right!

Sydney is really into her foam letters too. Hopefully they will be as much good to her as they have been for Logan! What a little smartie pants!
