3 Weeks Worth of Observations about Kelsie

• She's not a big fan of being swaddled tightly, but we do it anyways (at least at bedtime)
• She's a Night Owl
• She is most alert right AFTER she eats--this not does not sit well after middle of the night feedings, so she's been sleeping in her bouncer for the last week.
• She LOVES her bouncer and swing. Both are almost guaranteed to put her to sleep.
• She has a pretty strong neck and holds her head up pretty well.
• She likes tummy time.
• She has a perfectly ROUND head--several Doctors even commented on it.
• She has scrawny little legs and arms and LONG fingers, feet, and toes-- must have gotten that from the Keyser side. :)
  
• She is a very alert baby, just like her big brother was.
• She is starting to recognize and follow faces.
• She loves being talked to and smiled at.
• 0-3 months clothes are HUGE on her. She'll be wearing the Newborn size for a while longer it looks like.
• Her eyes are getting lighter blue everyday.
• She hardly ever cries unless she's lost her blinky, is REALLY hungry, and REALLY poopy.
• She slept through the night for several days her first week home...sadly this trend has not continued.
• Despite the amount of pink she wears, I think she looks better in purple (lavendar).
