Hanging out at the Hunters

Usually when we go to Cameron Park we stay with my mom at her house (as does my brother's family) and gather at my sister's house for the festivities since she has the most room to spread out; but this year we decided to stay at my sister's so we wouldn't have to cram into mom's along with all of our Christmas presents, etc. Logan LOVED having his first slumber party with his cousins Preston & Davis. He and Preston shared Preston's bed since they are both pretty small. All was well until I heard crying at about 3am one morning. Upon entering the room I see Logan crying (I'm assuming because he was freezing)...Preston responds in a crying/whining voice, "But it's my blanket...I got it for my birthday!" I solved the problem once I realized Logan's airplane "blankey" (yes Kathryn he is still totally attached to the blanket you made him) was sitting right next to Preston.

Aunt Rebecca (my sister) was also happy to have us stay at her house because she'd get to meet, hold, and snuggle Little Kelsie. This trip was the first time her family was able to meet Kelsie. I enjoyed the extra SETS of hands to hold and snuggle Kelsie. :)

Of course we weren't the only ones in the house...Uncle Art/Dad helped Kylee, Davis, Preston and Ashlyn make a gingerbread house.

Logan loved these dinosaurs we got him for Christmas. They were also a few of the only presents we actually let him play with while we were there....we are such mean parents! It is just that Logan is a typical little boy when it comes to toys--Thomas trains, race cars, coloring books, puzzles, etc. , so his cousins have identical toys. We didn't want to risk losing them...but I am happy to report he is having a second Christmas in our living room right now.
