
My mom bought me this cookbook a couple Christmas' ago and I finally just got around to using it these past couple weeks. So far every recipe has been delicious.
I made Turkey & Black Bean Chili and Hearty Shepherd's Pie this last week.
This week's menu includes: Herb-Stuffed Pork Chops, Macaroni & Cheese (on cover) and Rigatoni Bolognese.
The recipes are simple and healthy! I believe it can only be purchased new at Weight Watchers meeting, but I saw a few used ones for sale on Amazon.com.
