A house we've driven by several times just fell out of escrow and came back on the market! Only bummer....with a higher price!!! Our agent has a call in to the owner's agent to see if an offer in our price range would be accepted. If they say yes I'm dragging my sick husband down to Scotts Valley to walk through the house!
