We made an offer on a house today. It's totally in a cute little mountain town named Boulder Creek - only 4000 people. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2300 sq. feet, 1 acre lot. It's a short sale, so if the offer is accepted we could be moving anytime in June through the end of the year. The house is in pretty good shape but needs a REALLY good cleaning. Oh and it was built in 1994.Living Room with pellet stove.

Its hard to believe that the place wouldn't look super clean, if they're showing a house though! It would be fun to live in a mountainy area. Dave realllly likes it.
How far away are like grocery stores and such?
