Bring on Summer, or at least Spring

This weather really has got to change soon. We have had a very bi-polar Spring. I buy clothes based on the seasons...meaning Kelsie should be wearing shorts and skirts by now. She has a pretty limited supply of 18 month old pants, so she has been sporting some 12 month old highwaters instead. She also does not have a warm jacket that currently fits her. Shouldn't a hoodie be enough in the spring and summer?

Please bring me my bay area summer sooner rather than later! I had to add bay area summer, because I don't really need a Utah/Arizona/So Cal summer. Yes, I am very spoiled. There is a reason it costs a lot to live where I do.
