Our Relief Society started a strip quilting class. Last night we met for the first time and went to JoAnn's together to pick out fabric. In our new home (whenever we move) Kelsie will have her own room with the crib in it. Last month I won this gorgeous quilt in a raffle put together by my cousin Kathryn (she also made the quilt). I'm planning to have Kelsie use the quilt as part of her bedding. So, I decided I would try to make a strip quilt to match the quilt she already made to use in the crib. Hope it turns out cute! I'm notorious for starting sewing projects and not finishing them, so hopefully the class will help me along!
