My schedule has been something like this:
Sunday - Sabbath Day. Kurt was released from his Young Mens President calling a few weeks ago which has meant he is home a lot more on Sundays and can help me get the kids ready and to church on time. Yeah! And since he hasn't had presidency meetings or firesides we've had the missionaries and friends over for fun Sunday dinners!
Monday - Cleaning Day. A few weeks ago I found this article that has really helped my cleaning process. http://www.stumbleupon.com/su/20Nw4j/www.womansday.com/Articles/Shelter/Organizing-Cleaning/A-Quicker-Way-to-Clean-House.html I've been able to keep my WHOLE house cleaner than usual. Usually I clean just the living room, or just the bedrooms, etc., but I've been able to clean the whole house faster. We've also been trying to be better to hold some sort of Family Home Evening. My mother's day Kurt bought me something like this. It's in my hallway I always walk by as a good reminder.
Tuesday - Scrapbook/Grocery Shopping/Relief Society Day. Interesting combination eh? Twice a month I host a scrapbook morning with some ladies in our ward and the days I don't I usually am trying to drag the kids to the grocery store or Target for something. Logan's favorite stores are Target and Costco ("the store with TWO seats"). Tuesday nights have been filled by Relief Society activity nights, meetings, or a RS quilting class. Fun night outs with the ladies!
Wednesday - $1 Movie/Daddy Day. The Century & Cinemark theaters by us have been having $1 movie days and we've taken advantage of them! So far we've seen Madagascar 2, Ice Age 3: Dawn of the Dinosaur, & Hotel for Dogs. Tomorrow we're planning to see Charlotte's Web. Kurt also works from home on Wednesdays, so after the movie we get to have lunch with Dad. He also no longer has Mutual on Wednesday nights! So we really have been seeing him more on Wednesdays!
Thursday - Park Day. This summer I organized a summer park day schedule for the stay-at-home moms in our ward. Pretty much we have a park schedule set for every Thursday from roughly 10am-noon. Not everyone can make it every week, but SOMEONE should be there. We also rotate parks, so the kids don't get bored at the same one every time.
Friday - Catch Up Day. Sometimes it's cleaning. Sometimes it's shopping. Sometimes the kids get invited for something. Sometimes we do nothing. I think you at least need one day a week like this or else you get overwhelmed. We also have been switching off kids once a month with our friends the Tu'itavukis so we can go to the temple. Five kids, four and under can be interesting, but the kids have a lot of fun together.
Saturday - Fun/House Day. Some days we have to stay at home and catch up on stuff (like this last Saturday), but usually we try to get out and do something fun. Other times we have baby showers, service projects, etc. Our current landlord pays for a gardener to take care of the yard, except for Kurt's little garden and picking fruit off the trees. It has been SO NICE! Once Kurt is home, he is home. This will definitely change in the new house until we get things under control, but it has been super nice these past 4 years. Some of our favorite "fun" places to go include: Santa Cruz, Half Moon Bay, Tilden Park, San Jose Japantown for Hawaiian Shave Ice, and so on.
FYI - the above schedule is an "ideal" week. We have had our fair share of feeling icky days, or driving down to Scotts Valley & Boulder Creek at the drop of a hat. And we're still waiting for the house. And I'm not a patient person...that's probably why I've been trying to fill my days with random stuff to keep my mind off the house.

Sounds like you have been having a lot of fun. We try to do something fun each day but it does not always happen.
Very interesting cleaning article... very interesting indeed. You have dollar movies!?!? Awesome. We only have one park in town and two on the island. Yeah... small towns have their disadvantages. It sounds like you have a blast!
I'm only just now catching up on my google reader since being out of town almost two weeks ago.
I just wanted to say that every time you mention Santa Cruz I get jealous because I just LOVE it there. My grandma lived there when I was young and it was such a highlight of summer to get to go and visit Santa Cruz. She also lived in Boulder Creek btw. But I've been trying to talk Kenny into visiting San Francisco (the whole area) and I just can't do it. He's right though since it's not like we're earning an income right now but I wish so bad I could go!!!
