Quick House Update

Termite Inspection Done
Septic Inspection Done
Whole House Inspection Done

Findings - nothing too scary to make us run from the house like last time.

Appraisal came in $55k MORE than we're going to pay for the house.

We're closing 2 days earlier than scheduled (September 22nd) so we can have a full weekend to so some things at the house before we actually move in. :)

I think we're actually going to move this time!!!
