Three finally went away...

My favorite little man (Logan) turned 4 today!  This morning I told him it was his birthday and asked how old he was.  Excitedly, he said FOUR!  And then he asked, "Does that mean three went away?"  :)  We celebrated early with his friends a few weeks ago, but I still wanted to do something special on his actual birthday.  We invited some friends to join us at the park for a couple hours.  It wasn't anything big, but it was nice to get out of the house and play.

On Monday a big brown box arrived for Logan.  We opened it up and found 3 presents from Grandma and Grandpa Keyser.  Logan asked all day long if he could open his presents, but he had to wait until his Dad got home from work.

When Kurt finally got home (after a bad traffic day), Logan was excited for present time.  He loved his presents!    Grandma & Grandpa got him a Dinosaur encyclopedia, a bug/insect habitat, and vacuum to help collect the bugs.  He wanted to open it up right away, but will have to wait until after the big move to open it up.  Logan also received an awesome dinosaur puzzle from his Aunt Rachelle, Uncle Clint, and Dane.  He's already put the puzzle together 3 or 4 times. :)

After presents, we went to Chili's for Logan's birthday dinner.  We had just finished our food, when the waitress and friends came to sing to Logan.  It totally scared the kid!  Afterward he said that his cake looked like an octopus. :)
