Kurt, Logan, and I were awakened by a phone call Christmas morning from Kurt's mom saying Rachelle was on her way to the hospital to have her baby. Since we were already awake we decided to go check and see if Santa had come. Logan was so excited! He was happy Santa found the note we left him in Boulder Creek saying we'd be at Grandma Smith's house. We held Logan off for a little bit and then let him open his stocking. Slowly everyone else woke up and joined us. Kelsie LOVED her new Jessie doll from Santa.
After breakfast and showers we went over to Becky & Art's house to open the rest of our Christmas presents. Logan's favorite gifts were his pillow pet from the Smith's and his body book and dinosaur puzzles from Grandma Smith.
Since they were a surprise....these are a couple of the projects I've been working on! I made Mom and Noah & Anissa Christmas strip quilts. :)
While the kids were practicing their play (they later performed the Nutcracker for us), the adults played Loot and Becky's new game Ticket to Ride.
