A little overview...Before our Utah trip Kurt had a little accident. While walking back from the mailbox he saw a log that needed to get stacked in a different wood pile. After placing down the log he slipped and fell down a hill spraining his ankle really bad.
Fast forward to the Utah trip...Kurt came home on Tuesday, while the kids and I flew home on Saturday night. Kurt was barely able to make it to the airport to get us. When I got home there was a weeks worth of dishes, piles of laundry, and bags to be unpacked. Ugh. Apparently Kurt's ankle got a lot worse after he got home and he didn't leave the couch for a week.
Sunday was church and 2 presidency meetings.
Monday I spent a couple hours with Kurt at the doctor's office entertaining a 2 year old and made dinner for my cute friend Salina who had her baby while we were in Utah.
Tuesday and Wednesday were catch up days, mutual, meeting with a member of that Stake Presidency (more about that later).
Thursday my friends Sarah and Salina came over and we had a bow and flower-making-fest. Today we had a booth at a flea market in town. I think we actually did ok considering the dumping rain and snow outside. We're still working on deciding what we want to do next - start an Etsy shop, contact local boutiques, etc. I'm in the process of creating a blog to display some of our items. This week is the Relief Society activity I'm in charge of, more and more rain (ugh!), and getting ready for house visitors this weekend.
