Good House News!

The bank sent us a counteroffer today and we agreed and signed it!  We're officially buying the house in Boulder Creek (assuming everything goes well with the inspections)! Once we have the official letter from the bank, we'll have seven days to complete all of the inspections.  After that they want to close within 20 days, which won't be able to happen because we have to complete our loan...so we'll deal with that when the time comes. It sounds like come the end of July/beginning of August we'll be homeowners again!

I'm starting to gather items for a garage sale and we're visiting the ward we'll be attending on Sunday.  Exciting times!
