First Album (Cassette) I Ever Bought....

As I was watching American Idol, one girl asked the judges what was the first album they ever bought was. It didn't take me very long to remember that my first tape I bought was in the 2nd grade and it was Paula Abdul's "Forever Your Girl". I had other hand me down tapes from my parents, older brother, and older sister...but Paula Abdul's was the first tape I purchased with my very own money. I think I still know the words to almost single song on the album.

1. The Way That You Love Me
2. Knocked Out
3. Opposites Attract
4. State Of Attraction
5. I Need You
6. Forever Your Girl
7. Straight Up
8. Next To You
9. Cold Hearted
10. One Or The Other

Do you remember the first album you bought?

That is super funny! My first "tape" I bought was Blind Melon. How embarrassing! And how old does that make you feel to even say "tape?" haha..

Amy Grant's Heart In Motion was the first cassette that I begged for and got for Christmas. But you better believe I have Paula's c.d. memorized too! lol
