At Target I gave in and bought Logan the Cars DVD. He loves Lightning McQueen. He has the matchbox car, slippers, shirt, backpack, hat, and took his picture with him at Disneyland. Logan was especially good during our trip to Kaiser this morning and the DVD just happens to be on sale for $14 at Target (instead of $20). He's watching it as I type and is LOVING it.
We had to make a trip to Kaiser to get some medicine for Logan's ear infection and for Kelsie to get her 6 month shots. Poor girl. She doesn't handle the shots nearly as well as Logan did, although she hasn't had any signs of a fever yet. I'm crossing my fingers she'll have a good night. A crying baby during the American Idol season finale would not be a good thing. (Go Kris!)
Last night Kurt & I started up P90X again and I am sore in areas that haven't been sore in a long time (and I only did 20 minutes of the workout!). I've had to take a break the last couple months due to unusually bad allergies this year. However, today marks a 15 pound weight loss since I started keeping track in January (33 pounds since Kelsie was born). I'm about where I was when I got pregnant with Kelsie (maybe even less)...sadly I still need to lose about 30 pounds to be where I want to be. The thing that really bothers me is that a lot of my clothes are still tight! It seems I haven't been able to get rid of any of that nice stomach flab that accompanies a pregnancy. :( I set a certain weight goal for my birthday which is just over a month away. I have about 10 pounds to go. Wish me luck!

Keep up the good work girl!! Slow but steady wons the race--right?! ANd my boys are obsessed with Cars...our DVD is trashed from overuse--I should probably buy a new one!

Ahhhh Lightning McQueen. Oskie is in love with him. That video play 4-5 times a day. No joke. When Oskie lays his head down at night (on a Lightning McQueen pillow non the less) He says "Good night Disney Cars, I love you, Amen!"
