I have been running around like a mad woman this entire week - talking to our real estate agent and setting up things with her, contacting our mortgage lender, working on taxes, making sure Kurt gets his medical stuff turned in, cleaning out and helping install new kitchen appliances, freecycling said appliances and misc stuff, organizing Nick's homecoming and planning meals for friends he has invited to his homecoming, going through kids clothes, laundry, trying to clean the house, etc.........Well yesterday I was upstairs doing something, I don't even remember what, when I realized I hadn't heard a peep out of the kids in a while. I walked downstairs to find Miss Kelsie beaming with happiness covered in potting soil with Logan's freshly planted sunflower seed in her hand. Lovely.
