WE GOT APPROVAL FROM THE 2nd MORTGAGE!!!!! Life just got crazier!
All of the inspections are ordered and I'm meeting my brother down at the house tomorrow afternoon to check it out! He's going to work his geo-technical engineer magic and make sure we won't have any problems with the river behind the property or stream on the side of the property. The remaining inspections will happen Thursday & Friday.
Did I mention I only have 3 boxes packed?!?

Congratulations!!! That's so exciting. I can't wait to see more pictures of the house. Which town is it in again?
Becky - If you check this...the house is in Boulder Creek, Ca. Near Big Basin State Park & 20 minutes from Santa Cruz. :)
