Flight to Utah

Other than a couple meltdowns around landing time, the kids did pretty good on the flight to Utah.  I find it super annoying that there are not direct flights from San Jose to Salt Lake City.  We had a layover in Portland (which actually had a delicious mexican restaurant!), which doesn't make sense.  On our way home we stop in Portland but don't have to exit the plane...which is kind of nice since I'll be flying by myself with the kids.  Definitely need to remember to pack some extra snacks!!!
