Happy Vernal Equinox Day

It's a National Holiday here in Japan...what you don't get to celebrate Vernal Equinox Day?
I'm sorry.  For us it meant, Daddy (aka Kurt) gets to come out and play!

Sorry to all the Japanese people trying to sleep, relax, or pretend they're the only one on the train...my kids don't quite understand yet.

First Stop: Yushima Tenman-gu Shrine
They are famous for their plum blossoms.  Kurt took some amazing pictures that are still being edited.  We saw a beautiful wedding party too.  (pictures will be added soon)

Kurt was in electronics heaven.  The store Yodabashi Camera was like 5 or 6 Best Buys in one.  You could buy just about anything you'd want there.  The kids loved the toy floor. We were able to buy a couple Easter surprises for them there without them knowing. :)

Just wandering around...

Third Stop: Dinner at the Gotunda Station
Saizeriya Restaurant has become one our favorite cheap restaurants.  Cheap yummy Italian food. You can't beat it.  I can get plain old spaghetti, so I am happy and Kurt can get his pasta with all sorts of seafood, etc., so he's happy.
