The elementary school by our house hosted a Bon Dance Festival last weekend - we went one of the days and had a great evening. Kelsie was so excited to wear her new yukata and dance with the women (I'll be posting videos)
The festival was held on the dirt field in the middle of the shogako (elementary school) where Logan plays soccer.
There was lots of games and food to try. All of the proceeds went to the school's PTA.

Kurt bought some fireworks earlier in the day, so we came home and had a little fun with the sparklers. In a couple weeks we're going to a huge fireworks display not too far from our house.
