Tokyo Station

We had a great Saturday outing!  It was a fun last adventure before sending Kurt back to work and the kids back to school.  I'm going to split up the posts there won't be as much of a picture overload.

Our fun day began at Tokyo Station.  It is the busiest train station in Japan, in terms of trains per day (not people) and is located in the heart of Tokyo's downtown business district and very close to the Imperial Palace.  The station first opened in 1914.  It is a beautiful building!

We had dinner at a restaurant right before leaving and the kids found this thing and wanted to take their picture with it.
