Day Five in Phuket

We started off our last morning with our awesome buffet breakfast.  I'm sure we all gained like 10 pounds just off their breakfast buffet (except for maybe Avri)- so yummy!

After breakfast, we packed up our suitcases and started our goodbyes. Below is Kelsie and her BFF Tik.  The service at the hotel was amazing.  I love Thai people!  They are so warm and friendly.  Tik went far beyond her role as a server to make the kids feel welcome.  She often made Kelsie give her a kiss on the cheek before she'd deliver her food.  Almost every morning she'd sneak off and get the kids hot chocolate.  She was a lot of fun!

Before we checked out we signed the kids up for a cooking class.  We had to check out at 12pm and our plane didn't leave until 7:45pm, so we had some time to waste.  I'm glad we chose the cooking class to "waste" time.  I think it was Logan's favorite activity of the entire vacation. He's still talking about it.  If you can't tell, they made pizza.

The kids finished eating their pizza at the kids club, where we joined them for a couple hours while waiting for our flight.  Also, I forgot her name...but the employee below was super sweet.  She is from Hong Kong and is in Holiday Inn's training program.  She was really great to us.  She usually worked in the main restaurant.

About 4:30pm we sadly got in our taxi and headed to the airport.  The flight home was fairly uneventful, and now we are all trying to get back to normal....
