Evergreen Aviation Museum

Logan was such a trooper this past weekend spending hours and hours in his car seat, so we decided that he deserved a treat. So, we drove a little South to McMinnville, OR to go through the Evergreen Aviation Museum. We actually had already gone through the museum a couple years ago on a different vacation, so we knew that Logan would love it and he sure did! He was in Airplane heaven. He wandered around saying "Airplane", "Helicopter", and "Jet"...and yes he does know the difference!

The museum is also home to the Spruce Goose. This time they even had some miniature airplanes that were used on The Aviator set. The plane is MASSIVE! I tried to get some of it on video, but it is pretty hard to see.

Lastly, they also opened an IMAX theater. We watched the movie "Fighter Pilot". Kurt and Logan ESPECIALLY loved it. Kurt was excited to see a C-17, that his friend Ryan flies for the Air Force.

Your blog is always so fun to read, and the pictures are so fun to look at. The trip looks like so much fun. My dream has been to have a child that would enjoy my museums.
